A little different

So, my feet were not happy after running around town in those blue and white heels, so before going out this afternoon I changed my hair and put on some flats. I think it changes the feel of the whole outfit.

Spring Retro

Yesterday I discovered that my husband, in addition to his many talents, is also a really good fashion stylist!! This discovery lead to me trying on the majority of my wardrobe and demanding he style outfit after outfit. He was a very good sport about it, and today's lovely ensemble is one of the results:

Boyfriend Jeans

I just picked up a pair of boyfriend jeans from the thrift store, (okay, two pairs actually), and here they are. I read in a magazine somewhere to pair boyfriend jeans with something you would wear to a black tie wedding, so I chose this gold top with a white and gold heavily beaded jacket. What do you think? Do you like the look?

I am feeling a little retro today in my fancy 70's esque shirt and owl necklace. I love the colors!

Red, White, and Black

I found these shoes and this shirt yesterday while out thrifting with my friend Becky. I love them so much! Mad shoe love. It's hard to tell in the photo but the heel is actually gold. LOVE it! I think the shoes set off the red buttons on the top so nicely. Perfect for getting my hair cut today - as you can tell I'm in desperate need of a bangs cut!
